AUGUST 14-17 FROM 8AM TO 3:30 PM

EVENING REGISTRATION IS ON AUGUST 15 UNTIL 7PM

As of today, all previous shirt colors used at Mission Academy will be accepted including royal blue for the 2012 - 2013 school year only.

Uniform Color Change

     Last year's polo shirt color of burnt orange will now be changed to royal blue   .

The latest news that I have received is that orange will be used as a trim and orange shirts will be the "spirit color" on Fridays.  Please call 633-2546 for more information.  I do believe as of this writing  that school shirts will be available for sale at the school...

School Supply Supplemental

     First of all parents please note that I do request a several extra things to be added to this years list:

1. 2 sets of earphones ( buy them at the Dollar Tree ) because they are not real  sturdy, when one breaks your child can use the other.  The more expensive earphones don't seem to really be much better in quality than the Dollar store kind

2.  Please note that this year I am asking for a two dollar donation so I can enroll your child in Spelling City.

This program more than proved itself with last year's students and I am anxious to get your child familiar with the program as soon as possible.  Check out Spellingcity.com

I hope you have had a wonderful Summer vacation. My daughter has gotten married this summer and as I write this is visiting Barcelona, Spain and will go on a cruise of the the Mediterranean for 21 days....My wife and I got to have a lot of quality time with our grand baby and that was a lot of fun...I got introduced to Disney Jr...and all the cartoons  that channel has...lol

June 30 is the deadline for spelling city, I do not know if  the 3rd grade teacher will use this program but I will require this program for the incoming 2nd graders...

Please free to continue accessing our blog for information, but I believe that the 3rd grade teachers will be starting their own grade level blog this year.
