Check In 8:45 – 9:45 am
Round one 10:30 am (Rounds are one hour each)
Round one subject to change to ensure correct pairings

Registration Guidelines
Names must be emailed by January 15, 2015
No On-site walk-in registration
Name(s) School and Section of any student that you may think may come to the tournament.
At check-in, names can be verified or added.
Entry Fee is $6.00
Only names on list will be charged a late fee of ($9.00)
and given a ½ round bye.
No Registration on January 17.

Bring chess sets in case of large turnout
Snacks Bar Available
Ample Seating in the gym. Please bring your own chairs and team tables...
Parents:  This is an all day tournament.  We will have a very well stocked snack bar. Please bring a folding chair or lawn chair since seating is very limited in the gym.

The Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Dinner

Parents,

On Friday, our class will be having our 3rd Annual Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Dinner.
We need the following:

pretzels
popcorn ( big bag)
hard candy (jelly beans)
soda
ice cream (for floats)
My wife and I are donating toast bread.

We have plenty of paper goods .  We are creating popcorn turkeys for our centerpieces...

Please turn in donated items by Friday morning  November 21

1:30 p.m.   watch Charlie Brown  Thanksgiving
2:00 p.m.    eat dinner
2:45 p.m.    clean up
