October 25th Red Ribbon Week

Parents and Readers of this Blog:

This week is Red Ribbon Week.  What is Red Ribbon Week? I found this on the internet and posted only an exerpt:
Red Ribbon Week is the nation’s oldest and largest drug prevention program in the nation reaching millions of Americans during the last week of October every year. By wearing red ribbons and participating in community anti-drug events, young people pledge to live a drug-free life and pay tribute to DEA Special Agent Enriqué “Kiki” Camarena...

This week to celebrate Red Ribbon Week Activities:

Tuesday:  Wear Red and Boots
Wednesday : Mismatch Day
Thursday:  Tie Day
Friday Silly Socks

Does your child have some boots or something red to wear?
I found this website and you can print out and color the boots red and pin on your child

Thanks Parent for all you do!
